This Exchange and Returns Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the exchange and return of products purchased from The Goodmess By Harshita Mishra (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website located at www.thegoodmess.in (the “Site”). The company, currently, does not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit.

Any case of a sale by a third party is not a liability of the Company and does not qualify for replacement or store credit by us.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

Only products with any manufacturing defects or incorrect sizing can be exchanged. Products purchased from the Site may be exchanged within ten (10) days of the date of receipt, provided that:

• The items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging
• intact.
• The exchange is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or
• receipt.
• Sale, discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Custom sized items are not eligible for exchange.

To exchange a delivered product for an alternative product, we suggest to return it for store credit and purchase the new product separately.

2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, the customer must log in into their account and raise an exchange request, within ten (10) days of the delivery of the product. The courier amount must be strictly borne by the customer and is non-refundable, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. The payment is to be transferred by the customer via any UPI app to the Company’s account. Our team will get in touch for the same.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, the customer must notify us within two (2) days of receipt. The customer should provide the order number and details of the issue via Contact Us form/Mail/ Whatsapp/ Instagram DM. The said item(s) will be picked- up for verification with the Head Office. Once cleared, a refund/ credit note/ replacement will be issued, depending upon the case.

4. Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
