Neighbouring towns on both sides of a state/ country border have a lot of cultural similarities. Elements spill across on both sides creating a confusion of actual origin. Sri Ganganagar, on the borders of Punjab and Rajasthan, is a common example where natives leave onlookers in a dilemma – are they Punjabis or Rajasthanis?

Inspired by similar events, our cami top cleverly places jacquard and dobby patterns along with delicate lace borders to show the unfolding.
